Our garments are meticulously handcrafted by artisans using traditional handloom techniques. As a result, slight variations in weave, texture, and color may occur. These are not defects but rather the intrinsic hallmarks of authentic, hand-woven luxury, ensuring every piece remains uniquely yours.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) or your selected local currency. We reserve the right to adjust pricing without prior notice; however, any adjustments will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. We accept secure payments via major credit networks, UPI, and digital wallets.
4. Intellectual Property
All content present on this platform, including but not limited to branding, imagery, text, and design layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of Handloom Harbor. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
Handloom Harbor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our platform or products. Our total liability regarding any transaction shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific garment in question.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
