We are pleased to offer a seamless replacement or size exchange within 7 days of delivery. While direct refunds are generally outside our standard practice for handcrafted pieces, we guarantee that you will receive a piece that flawlessly matches your expectations.
The Exchange Process
Initiate Request
Contact our concierge team via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your luxury piece. Please include your order number and photographs if necessary.
Review & Approval
Our team will review your request within 24 hours. Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary pickup from your delivery address.
Quality Inspection
Upon receiving the garment at our studio, our artisans will inspect it to ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original tags and packaging.
Dispatch Replacement
Once the inspection is successful, your replacement piece will be dispatched immediately with expedited shipping.
Product Condition & Eligibility
Pieces must be unworn, unwashed, and completely free of any alterations.
All original tags, authenticity cards, and premium packaging must be fully intact and included.
Garments that show signs of wear, makeup stains, or perfume odors will gracefully be returned to the sender without exchange.
Bespoke or significantly customized orders are crafted exclusively for you and are thus exempt from the standard exchange policy.
